How to make a Burger King-style Junior Cheeseburger at home — a small flame-grilled beef patty with American cheese, pickles, mustard and ketchup on a soft toasted bun. The kids’ menu classic.
Ingredients
- For the burgers: 400 g beef mince (20% fat), formed into 4 small patties (~100g each)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- To assemble: 4 small soft burger buns
- 4 slices American cheese
- 2 tbsp ketchup

Form 4 small patties (about 100g each). Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Toast the small buns cut-side down on the griddle for 20-30 seconds.
-
Build: bun base, 3-4 pickle slices, ketchup, mustard, cheese-topped patty, top bun.
